As much as I love the city, I have a soft spot for small towns. I didn't know what I was getting into when my bf suggested going to Holland, Michigan. I was excited to see the tulips of course but the town centre has a lot of charm too. The day we were leaving, we wanted to go to the town centre to wander around. We walked around the shops, visited a wine shop and did a quick wine tasting, and we had brunch at New Holland Brewing restaurant. The food at the restaurant was superb! We had a charcuterie platter and it was perfect for sharing. I can't tell you much about the beer because I had wine but my bf said it was great!
